Wednesdays: Directions to the Big House Brewing Company
From Southern New York, take New York State Thwy, I-87 to Exit 23.   Go straight past tolls to I-787 for about 1.5+ miles. Get off at "Downtown" exit and bear right, following the signs to Clinton Ave. Follow Clinton thru first traffic light and make a left at the next light onto N Pearl Street. Go approximately two blocks. A parking lot will be on the right and The Big House Brewery will also be on the right, across from the parking lot.

From Mass, take I-90 Mass Pike toward Albany for approximately 28 miles. Exit I-90 Mass Pike at "B1". Bear left after tolls and take I-90 to Albany. Get into right lane when crossing bridge over the Hudson River and exit I-90 via ramp at sign reading "I-787 to Albany / Troy" and keep left toward Albany. Exit I-787 via ramp at sign reading "Clinton Ave." Follow Clinton thru first traffic light and make a left at the next light onto N Pearl Street. Go approximately two blocks. A parking lot will be on the right and The Big House Brewery will also be on the right, across from the parking lot.

First Friday: Directions to The Center for Nia & Yoga
From Southern New York, take New York State Thwy, I-87 to Exit 23.   Go straight past tolls to I-787 for about 1.5+ miles. Exit I-787 via ramp at sign reading "Exit 3 US-9 S / US-20 E to Rensselaer/Empire Plaza" and stay right, following the signs to the Empire State Plaza. This will take you underneath the Empire State Plaza. Stay in the right lane and look for the sign, "Swan Street." Continue approximately three blocks to Washington Ave. Turn left on Washington Ave and go approximately four blocks until Washington forks right onto Central Ave. The Center is at 4 Central Ave, just past Lark Street. Parking lot is on the Washington Ave side, just past Lark. Dance entrance is on Lark Street.

From Mass, take I-90 Mass Pike toward Albany for approximately 28 miles. Exit I-90 Mass Pike at "B1". Bear left after tolls and take I-90 to Albany. After crossing bridge over the Hudson River, move immediately to right lane and take "Exit 6 US-9 to Arbor Hill / Loudonville". Follow to Arbor Hill and continue on Henry Johnson Blvd until Central Ave (busy commercial intersection). Turn left on Central Ave for 600 feet to The Center. Next street is Lark. Parking lot will be on the right, across on Washington Ave, which runs parallel. Dance entrance is on Lark Street off Central Ave.

Directions to the Cyberian Cafe
East of the Berkshires : Interstate 90E. Take exit 2 , Lee, and turn right off the ramp onto route 20W.
Route 20W merges with Route 7 North. In Pittsfield, Route 20 will split to the left.
Continue on Route 7 to the circle. Take the first immediate right off the circle and get into the left lane right away. Turn left at the lights onto first street. Fenn Street is the next light. Turn left there.
The Cyberian Cafe is on your left.

Directions to Barcelona's Restaurant
From downstate, take I-87 N to Exit 24 (Albany) tolls. Go through tolls and bear right on exit road to take US-20/Western Ave. Bear to the left. Road will come to a "T" at Western Ave. Turn left onto Western Ave./US-20. 1.0 miles. Follow to 1192 WESTERN AVE ALBANY NY. Restaurant will be on the right side. It is decorated with lights.

From Mass, take I-90 toward Albany. Follow to the last exit, US-20/Western Ave.
Bear left at exit road and continue as above.
